Cages is long-listed by Theatre 24:7 for their 2014 summer festival. Of the 27 scripts long-listed, 10 will be selected for performance from 18-25th July, 2014 at venues around Manchester.

This will be the festival’s tenth anniversary of bringing innovative drama to the City, nurturing the writers, directors, actors and talent of tomorrow. Theatre 24:7 mission is to bring world premier productions, rehearsed readings and scripts in development from emerging artists to the people of Manchester.

Guilt – Leicester Square Theatre

Guilt is chosen by the Writers Guild of Great Britain for a rehearsed reading at London’s Leicester Square Theatre in March, 2014. Actors from the Central School of Speech and Drama alumni, led by Director of Acting, Martin Wylde, will perform for selected theatre and literary professionals at this event organised by the Guild for emerging writers.

Cages Part I – Bierkeller Theatre

Cages (part one) is selected for the 2014 New Writing Showcase at the Bierkeller Theatre, Bristol. Six play will be showcased over four nights, running from 21– 24th April, 2014. Cages will be directed by Vicky Vatcher. Casting to be announced later.
